Description: A flavorful, light bodied organic beer. This
is made possible by the use of carefully selected organic malts; only the best
organic hops, pure water & a house blend of yeasts. The fermentation has a crisp,
dry finish & fewer carbohydrates than any other Orlando Brewing®
beer.
Aroma: Light hop and crisp malt aroma. Slight fruity aromas
from the yeast.
Appearance: Very pale straw color. Light white head. Dazzlingly
clear.
Flavor: Crisp and dry flavor with some low levels of sweetness.
Low hop bitterness. Balanced and somewhat malty.
Mouthfeel: Very light in body. Well carbonated with slight
carbonic bite on the pallet.
Overall Impression: Very refreshing and thirst quenching.
This "Light" beer has a lower gravity and less resulting alcohol.
Ingredients: American certified organic 2-row barley mashed
with a small amount of organic Munich malt. Organic hops are used for flavoring
and aromatics.
