This bold ale's complex flavor profile stems from its large organic grain bill and the hefty hop additions of organic Magnum, Centennial and cascade. It has a prominent bitter caramel taste that lingers long after your first sip.
This beer is brewed using the second runnings from the Doble. It is a refreshing, sessionable IPA brewed with organic Centennial, Cascade, & Columbus hops and then dry hopped with those same 3 C's. It is dedicated to our hard working volunteers.
This medium bodied West Coast IPA has a large grain bill to support its strong hop character. We hopped this bad boy with organic Magnum, Centennial, and Cascade during a 90-minute boil. We then dry hopped it with a hefty amount of organic Cascade to deliver an intense citrusy and floral aroma with a medium dry finish.
Our version of a steam beer. We use lager yeast & ferment at 60 degrees. Moderately malty with a pronounced hop bitterness as well as hints of citrus from organic Magnum & Cascade hops.
This smooth medium bodied American lager has quite the hop bite from organic Chinook, Simcoe, and Centennial. Its citrusy hop characteristics are followed by a crisp, dry finish.
This traditional all organic German style lager has a medium body with an initial complex malty sweetness using munich, carapils, & caramel malts. The hop bitterness has herbal notes as well as earthy & spicy flavors using solely Hallertau hops. The balance is malt forward and finishes with a clean & smooth dry finish.
