We are fortunate to have volunteers that dedicate their time to work in the back of the brewery. This India Pale Ale is dedicated to our volunteers to show appreciation for their hard work. This beer is brewed with the second-runnings of the Doble Imperial IPA. We use the organic grains from the Doble Imperial IPA and add organic Centennial, Cascade, and Columbus hops. We then dry hop it in the fermenter with those same three C’s. This sessionable IPA is light and refreshing and is our lightest IPA. This beer is just proof that a beer can be a volunteer.
