This winter lager was brewed as a traditional Doppelbock.
Using an expansive bill of munich, pilsner, caramel, carapils, chocolate, and roasted barley grains we crafted a beer that is dark, sweet, and malty, then hopped it with magnum and hallertau to give it a kick.
