Our citrusy tart wheat beer has been lightly hopped with Czech Saaz hops and organic Hallertau. These organic German hops give this beer a slightly spicy and clean taste also special organic wheat beer yeast accentuates the pleasant floral and citrus nose. This beer is highly carbonated and brewed with a grain bill of 50% organic wheat.
